Freshdesk Notifications bot does not respond to any command so no way to access Setup.

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install App
  2. Go to Freshdesk Notifications bot.
  3. Type help or Setup
  4. Nothing happens

Tried to attach screenshot but it said that I couldn’t embed media in the post.

If I could get the url that the Setup Link points too, I am wondering if I made the connection that maybe at least the notifications would work, if not the slash commands…
