We often have a high number of panelists, and they want an Outlook invite, not an invite from Zoom.
Describe the solution you’d like
I would like a generic Panelist Link, that allows Panelists to enter their name & email when they join. It’s a lot of work to create individual links and send them in an outlook invite.
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
The only alternative is a lot of manual work. Which I’m doing now.
Additional context
I’m currently setting up webinars that have 15 to 20 panelists, and I have to manually create individual personalized links for each panelist and it takes a considerable amount of time. This feature would be a huge help.
