Description
I am using web hooks to receive events.
When using transfer, the payload is sent with caller as the transfer source user and callee as the transfer destination user.
When using blind transfer, I was able to get the actual caller information from log_details of the call log, but in the case of warm transfer, log_details is an empty array, so I can’t trace the information.
Is there a way to get the actual caller information such as the call log before the transfer from the information included in the payload when using warm transfer?
