getAttendeeslist does not show hands raised

Here’s three features that would be useful

  1. As the OP said, an API endpoint that shows who has their hand raised now
  2. An API subscription for real-time push notification of hand raises
  3. An API containing a historical account of who raised their hand when for a meeting.

The latter case is particularly useful for instructors using hand raises as evidence of participation in a classroom. E.g. “Mary raised her hand five times”.

Is there a link where we can follow any progress on this?

I’d even hope for some kind of SSE we could subscribe to.

Agreeing with kyle.jensen and others. My use case is parliamentary style meetings where individual raised hands are used 1) to queue for speaker order or 2) by the attendees at large to “voice” vote.

If this were possible and included phone attendees who raise their hand via the keypad, it would save us a tremendous amount of meeting time. Polls are not a reasonable alternative for speaker queueing because debate or questions are often not known until the meeting is underway.
