Hi @SukhmanderSingh, thanks for the post.

You may see issues with setting up the Video SDK if you are already logged in with a Zoom account which uses the Client SDK. Please try logging out or using a private browsing window.

Thanks!

Okay, i tried with incognito window, but got the same issue.
Attaching the screen shot.

  6. You will redirected on next page then choose " Get Started"
  7. Then on next page choose “Pay As You Go Plan”
  8. Then “Save and Continue”
  9. For verification, please confirm your date of birth and Choose “Next”
  10. Then “Create an Account” By filling all required information.
  11. Then agreed to terms and conditions and continue.
  12. You will be redirected to Sign In - Zoom
  13. Now sign-in using same account. and you will be get this error “Invalid input parameter: plan (300)”.

Hi @SukhmanderSingh,

Can you check if the account you are using already has SDK credentials on the marketplace?

Thanks!

Marketplace page looks like below screenshot.

Hi @SukhmanderSingh,

Thanks for sharing that screenshot. It does appear that you already have SDK credentials on that account. Currently, it is not possible to have two sets of SDK credentials on the same developer account, even if they are different SDK types. This means that in order to create a new Video SDK account, you must set up a separate developer account that does not already have SDK credentials.

Thanks!

I tried with fresh account but the same issue appeared again.

Hi @SukhmanderSingh,

Thanks for giving that a try. I’m not sure why you would be running into this issue on a new account. Am I correct in assuming this was also tried in an incognito window? If so, I will need to follow up internally with the team responsible for this page and get back to you.

Thanks!

yes, same issue in incognito too. Please help me on same asap.
