Video SDK Credentials

I’m not able to get the credentials needed as explained here:

With the main account I’ve managed to purchase the plan:

But I have no Build Video SDK as mentioned in the main documentation

Trying to register with another email account as mentioned in the documentation gives always a message that the email must be different and only used as devleoper account, I tried to register with 3 different emails

Is really frustrating, nothing works, and nothing is clear. … many discording articles and blogs and documentation

Hi @laparoscopic,

To be sure, you’ve created a Video SDK account that is completely separate from your Zoom user account? As in, you came to the page below and used an email that is no way associated with your typical Zoom account? Is this correct?
