Does HDMI Content sharing work in a Zoom Room controlled through ZR-CSAPI if the room is set to automatically share HDMI content?
Yes, it works. On the Web Portal, if you set “Start HDMI content share manually on controller” to OFF, it means that if someone plugs in a laptop to the HDMI capture card, the Zoom Room senses that, and automatically goes into HDMI sharing mode. That is the case right now with the 1.0 version of the ZR-CSAPI: for the next ZR-CSAPI version I’m hoping to push out this month, you will also get an asynchronous notification via the ZR-CSAPI SSH connection.
