High fidelity music mode / stereo audio - apply to participants listening via mobile SDKs?

If a host is using the Zoom desktop app with high-fidelity music mode and stereo audio turned on, does that improve the quality of the audio of what participants who join via the mobile SDKs hear?

Or is the quality of the audio that mobile SDK participants hear the same, regardless?
