How can I create meeting only for TWO people (one-on-one)?
Can I manage a number of people on meeting?

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can create meetings only for two people by either have the meeting password protected or adding the other attendee as an registrant[1]. This will also work for managing a number of attendees within your meeting as well.
