How to create concurrent Meetings?

Hope Your are doing well.
We are the development team would like to create concurrent meetings. We are using JWT ( API Key & Secret Key ) Whenever we are creating meetings via using APIs its always add our parent account as host account. So how to create meeting for separate users using API

For your kind information in our website they can get the join link and join via zoom application as well.

When you create theses meetings, are you passing the email or userID of the user that you want to schedule the meeting for??
