How to publish app in development env

So we are building an app for visually impaired , which helps them to contextualize/summarize what is being presented on screen by screen sharer.

The app is currently in development phase .

  1. We have integrated zoom sdk (enabling us to display zoom in component view)

Issues :
1.Currently the issue we are facing is only app creator is able to join the meeting .
2.In order to join external meetings it is asking us to publish the app .

  1. can we publish our app in dev env? if yes how?
    2.What are the steps for publish?

So you can publish your app in a dev environment as long as the production credentials are used in the dev environment.

hey Kwaku ,thank you for your reply . the steps aren’t clearly mentioned for development region app publish .
Also the details required for publishing the app are quite a lot like hosting domain, security urls etc which are currently not available with us.
We are finding it difficult because currently we are in early beginning phase and we havent deployed the app on any domain ,also documentation is scarce .

Our only goal for which we need to publish the app is to join other (external) meetings as well ,as of now only the user who created the app on marketplace only his/her meeting can be joined .

We are planning to take userInput for meeting id and Paassword and let him join any meeting.

Can you provide some video tutorial in which the above publish process is explained?

We don’t have that at the moment but we are working on having that soon. If you need more explanation at this time your best bet is to contact our support team which will provide you with an agent specializing in Marketplace-related support to provide the personal touch you are requesting.

Currently, only the production version of your app is Publishable, the dev version is only available internally. If you wanted to Publish an App you want to use for testing the problem their is if you have features you want to add to your Zoom integration after publishing they are available in Dev then they get pushed to Production after we approve the updates so not sure if you would want that situation since a standard app does that already?
