We have integrated Zoom with the JetAppointments plugin by Crocoblock. When someone books a meeting and successfully checks out on our website, a Zoom meeting is created for the customer using our premium Zoom account. However, we have encountered a problem: when the customer joins the meeting, our paid Zoom account username is displayed instead of their name.
Is there any restriction we can put on the Zoom server-to-server app to ensure people can join the meeting only if they are logged into Zoom? Alternatively, is there any setting to replace our username with the customer’s name in Zoom?
