We have enabled Zoom DLP Entegration by following the official KB.
We are getting the following activity requests from Zoom:
meeting.participant_joined
meeting.started
meeting.
meeting.participant_jbh_waiting
meeting.ended
And for chat, the following options are selected:
In meeting chat message recieved
In meeting chat message file recieved
In meeting chat file downloaded
However we still cannot recieve chat messages. Are we missing something? Is there another configration that we should have done?
Zoom does not support inmeeting chat as far as I am concerned.
They say they will add it to rtms, but have not yet.
I have to use a hack by running the meetingsdk. That means adding a bot into the meeting.
There is no way to access in meeting chat live unless you join the meeting.
Otherwise, you will have to look at chat transcripts after meetings.
I believe that DLP is just for the security of content and does not give you a way to access the content.
