I can't validate domain. I m using wix

I m using wiX and I can’t upload any html file. I uploaded html code and I m getting error from your side that it s not validating " can not access the html file, please be sure the file uploaded correctly and retry"

I’ve tried and been researching ways for a while and been posting on the forum for the last two days. I really need some help if someone can reach out, I would greatly appreciate it. I’m using wix too and have been unable to solve this issue
