I relicensed my zoom account at Jun 17 but all my recording video before Jun 17 is not work anymore. All turn into blue and can’t download or open these recordings video. I try with both my phone and desktop. I also clear the browser and try again. I also uninstalled and reinstalled my zoom app . But it doesn’t work and still the same. I enable and disable my cloud recording settings but it still doesn’t work. Please help me with this error issue.
