Could somebody explain to me why I receive 0 records when looking at the status=inactive users in:
Looking at active users, I have over 50,000 users and pending has 1 user.
What happens when a user becomes inactive? Do they just disappear? Also whilst I am here, can someone please explain to me what it means for a user to be pending?
Inactive users are deactivated users.
Pending users are users who have not yet accepted their email invite to join the Zoom account.
Why does the API not return any records for inactive users? That’s my issue.
I definitely have deactivated users, but they do not come through the API.
