Install an account level app for a non-admin role

Description
I am trying to install an Account level market place app in an newly added role with the same permissions as the admin but still im am not able to install the account level app, it there a way that i can do that?
if yes please let me know the minimum permissions to set in the role so that i can get this action

Hi @tommy,
This is the error which I am getting when I try to install the app,

but this user roles permission (new role I created) is the same as that of the admin, but still not able to install the account level app.
Can you please help me with installing the account level app in this newly created role user with the same permission of the admin
