Our BetterCloud app has been approved in the Zoom Marketplace last week. We have configured our app as an OAuth Account-level app. This would restrict only admins to install our apps. We had a few questions.
Can any of the 4 types of accounts install the app by default (Basic, Pro, Business, Education)?
Can we get a Member Role account to install our app or does it have to be an Admin Role?
For a Member Role account to install can we select Install Permissions>Approve install of this app>All users on this account or do we need to switch our app from Admin-level app to user-level app
We are exploring the option for both Admin and Member role users to install our app.

Yes, the account’s plan won’t affect the ability to install the app. However, note that if your app requires a functionality that demands a certain plan (e.g., cloud recording requires Pro+ plan), you would want to keep this in mind.
Can we get a Member Role account to install our app or does it have to be an Admin Role?
For account level apps, this must be an admin or owner on the account.

It sounds like you’re referring to preapproval. This would only be in reference to admins. For members, you’d need to create a user level oauth app.

This would require two apps, one account level, one user level.
