Description
We’ve had our app, Un-5iL8aR1WXyfQntNpZeA, published in the App Marketplace for years now and have it successfully added by external users. However in the last few weeks, we’ve been running into the same error when trying to add our app to a new account. Our external users see this error even when trying to authenticate as their account admin, and we were able to confirm with a dummy account admin. Based on similar threads, we think the issue may be with app ownership.
Error?
All users see “Unable to install this app without the developer’s account. Please contact the app developer to install”. But some users see a box with what look to be permissions (Dashboard and Report > View “Usage Reports”, User and Permission Management > View “Users”) while others do not see the box. I am unable to upload my screenshots at this time.
