Unable to install this app without the developer's account. Contact the app developer to install

I have a user that is trying to install my app but it seems like they are unable to install it. I know that the app is published on the marketplace though: App Marketplace. I am not sure why they are running into this issue. The user is in a different region (AU), but not sure if that is related to the issue.

It looks like your app is an Account level app.
Could you advise the user that is trying to install the app to check if they have Admin Role or admin permissions so they can install the app on their end?
Please let me know if that helps!

I checked with the user and they told me that they did have the correct permissions (Admin).

Interesting. I actually was able to authorize your app with my test account and I am based in USA.
In that case, could you please open a ticket with support and add the credentials of the customer that is having issues installing your app here: https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us
