Integration with Salesforce, connection error when trying to make video call

Adding the visualforce ZoomMeetingStartPage to a Salesforce Lightning record page fails when trying to set up the video call.

Error
{Server Zoom URL} refused to connect

Which App?
Salesforce-Zoom integration.

How To Reproduce (If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Salesforce zoom integration package
  2. Add ZoomMeetingStartPage Visualforce to a Lighniing record page.
  3. I get the error: "{server zoom url} refused to connect.

Additional context
The browser used for the tests is google chrome version 92.0.4515.159 (latest version).
Although in other browsers to work better, is there already a solution to make it work correctly from the Chrome browser?

Are you leveraging one of the Salesforce apps on marketplace.zoom.us, or is this a customer integration you’re building?

Do you see any browser console errors?

Thanks for your answer.
We install the app for Salesforce from the zoom marketplace.
Being a managed package we cannot see logs records within Salesforce about this.

If it helps, exist other related post in this forum about this problem, but no concrete solution is offered.

Thanks for clarifying. In doing some investigation on this, I believe this is likely related to the iFraming of the Zoom URL, which does not work well in all browsers. Do you have the option to expose this directly or open in a new tab, instead of iframing?
