INVALID_OPERATION Camera is starting, please wait

Hi,

I am using a Embed Web Tag from Zoom Contact Center Campaign Management into a website hosted on Wix platform.

When clicking on the Meet button to route the video call to contact center agent, I am unable to start my audio and video on the Wix website.

Error:
INVALID_OPERATION Camera is starting, please wait
INVALID_OPERATION Computer audio has been loading, please wait

I rechecked and no other app is using camera and audio interface. Zoom client is used on different laptop.

Please suggest if there is a resolution to this issue.

The console output of the browser tends to point the issue towards SDK and not Wix hosting platform.

We’re also encountering the same problem now. We’re using Zoom SDK on our frontend website and we couldn’t get these to work.
