We have not accessed the microphone/audio chat ever since 2 weeks ago. We opened a Critical ticket because this is connected to our hotline functionality. The support ticket handler forwarded us to this forum because we didn’t have any premium support.
This is not the first time that this has happened. This issue was fixed and it happened again out of nowhere. No changes in settings and anywhere else. We are using Zoom inside NextJS App.
We reported this and it got fixed without us updating our code before. Any help is appreciated.
