Invalid response from Zoom Interactions API

Hello Team,

We are using the Quality Management APIs—List Interactions and View Interaction Detail—to retrieve interaction lists and their details daily. However, we have encountered a “Route Not Found” issue, which is resulting in an invalid response unexpectedly.

Could you please investigate the root cause of this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it?

Hi @nithin_s

Can you please check if the user that created/authorized the Zoom Marketplace app has access to Quality Management ? This user will need to have a QM license and have access to the data.
