Is it possible to set to "false" registrants_confirmation_email on the account level, not only on the meeteing level?

Can’t set registrants_confirmation_email:false when creating the meeting.

Found that it possible to set with additional request: PATCH /meetings/{meetingId}, but it is not convenient to send additional request after creating meeting every time.
Is it possible to set this parameter for account, so every created meeting will have registrants_confirmation_email = false by default?

Currently it is not possible to set registrants_confirmation_email to false when creating a meeting or an account level default setting.

We will pass this feedback to our team. In the meantime you can track releases here to be notified if/when this feature gets added.
