Is VideoSDK compatible with chromebook?

Description
The web app I am currently developing with the VideoSDK appears red when opened in the chrome browser on chromeOS and does not work properly.

Browser Console Error
Uncaught (in promise)

Which Web Video SDK version?
v1.1.5

Hey @swallows.yb

Thanks for your feedback.

VideoSDK is compatible with ChromeOS, could you please provide the detailed error messages?

Thanks
Vic

stream.isSupportMultipleVideos() returns true, but when I try to display multiple videos, the screens are overlapping.

We will check tomorrow to see if there is an error message at this time.

Thanks.

When I access the React Demo at GitHub - zoom/sample-app-videosdk: zoom videosdk web demo on my Chromebook, the images overlap.

I’m not getting any errors, but I am getting warnings. Do the warnings have anything to do with not making it work?

Hey @swallows.yb ,

That is strange! Can I ask what is different from the first image? The first image looks to be working properly. CC @vic.yang

Thanks,
Tommy

The first image shows one screen and is normal, but the second image shows a blinking screen when another person enters the same room.

I’ll send you a gif of the current screen situation.

The information on the Chrome PC I am using is as follows.

Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: acer CB311-9H
  • OS: Chrome OS
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Browser Version 94

Thanks,
Yabu

Hey @swallows.yb

Sorry to frustrate you with Video SDK, we have found a bug on the Chrome OS platform and will be fixed in the next release.

Thanks

Thanks for checking it out.

Is there a possibility that the modification will set isMultiple to false?

Thanks,
Yabu

When will this problem be resolved?

We hope to have this resolved soon due to the release of the service we are using.

Hey @swallows.yb

We will release the next version in early December.

Thanks
Vic

Is the next release out yet?

I’m looking forward to the next release for implementation into our own apps!

Hey @swallows.yb ,

The release should be deployed today or tomorrow, keep an eye on our changelog and NPM page:
