We created an app for use by our company employees that list recordings made in Zoom. There is no intent to publish this app in Zoom Marketplace. While developing the app we obtained the necessary OAuth tokens that the API uses with a Zoom admin account . We are going to roll out the app to the company users. Do we need to have an approval from Zoom? Any other formal registration steps must be taken?

For internal apps (apps you don’t want to share with external Zoom users on our Marketplace) you do not have to submit it for approval. 
You are all good to go!
