Issue with implementing oAuth application

Description
I am trying to implement oAuth application in our website. So user can create, manage and start zoom meeting from our platform.
For this I have created one application in Marketplace named: Ck-demo. I have attached a screenshots for application.
I am trying in development mode, and its working good with my user credentials. Then i registored a new zoom user (User type is BASIC), and trying to make it authorized with Ck-demo oAuth app. But it giving me the error that I have mention below.

Error
This app cannot be installed outside of the developer’s account. Please contact the application developer to get support with installing this application.

Hey @rahul,

Is the new user a user on your Zoom account? Apps that are not published to the marketplace cannot be installed outside your Zoom account.

I guess the same and no new user was not from Zoom account.
Anyway I have submitted the app for review and hoping for the best.

Yeah, you can only share if the app is published, or if the user is on your Zoom account.
