We are experiencing an issue with our recordings where the “recording-completed” webhook event is sometimes missing. This has impacted several calls; out of every 10, at least one may have this problem, leading to unavailable recordings.
Here are a couple of session IDs where this occurred:

Please note that we did receive both the recording-start and recording-stop events for these calls, but the recording-completed event was never triggered. This is creating significant challenges for our application.

Can you confirm if you can see those recordings in the UI? I looked in our backend and it looks like those sessions lasted less than 1 minute, the issue could be related to the duration of the session
We’ve reviewed the recordings, and they aren’t appearing in the UI either. We have several calls lasting under a minute, and those recordings are fine. It seems this issue is occurring randomly, regardless of session length. We’d appreciate your assistance in resolving this as quickly as possible, as it’s impacting our application’s performance.

I just took a look in our backend and session * 6hPAxTY6SFOLJtvUZwnSvg== only lasted 10 seconds and session * tolUu5UTTaeMFpnt5LRehg== 9 seconds.
Could you confirm that you can see recordings this short? could you try again but with longer sessions and recordings?
