We’re encountering an issue with the recordings where the “recording-completed” webhook event is occasionally missing. This problem has affected several calls, occurring sporadically—out of 10 calls, at least one may have this issue, resulting in the recording being unavailable.
Here are a couple of session IDs for calls where this occurred:

Important Note: We received both the recording-start and recording-stop events for these calls, but the recording-completed event was never triggered. This is causing significant issues for our application.
