Hi @dshumate ,

Review the " Settings for sharing cloud recordings" section of that support article for full scope of details on configuring. You want to make sure that downloading for the recording is not disabled by the Admin for the person querying the recording via API.

This was the case for another developer when we investigated further:

Hey everyone. Our users authorize our Zoom OAuth App. Then, when the recording is ready, we call get recording endpoint using include_fields=download_access_token. Then we proceed by using the download link and attaching access_token query string (access_token=). This works almost all of the time. However, this is failing for some recordings (i receive recording not found error when it actually exists). Is there another method to download recordings that i’m missing? Thanks!
