Join by computer audio for new host/participent doesn't work

Description
When user 1 joins meeting everything works fine, but when user 2 joins meeting computer audio fails.

Error
user 2( new host/participent) join voip/computer audio does not work.

Which Web Meeting SDK version?
1.9.6

Additional context
I have tweaked with create meeting api parameters, Init and join methods but nothing seen to solve problem.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Does this happen when you are using the same device to test across two meetings? Do you also see this with v1.9.7 of the Sample Web App?
