Join method failing - account question

I’m trying to work with your sample app in my environment, and am getting “joining fail” message, logged in the console.

I think it might be because I signed up for a zoom account quite a while ago but am just trying it now. Do I need to update to the “Pro” plan?

I do have a couple “apps” in my account (one JWT and one SDK) and they say “active” but I’m wondering if my account itself is not working for this because trial expired.

Are the regular public paid accounts (i.e. what I need? Or is there something different for a paid developer account?

Are you using a JWT App Type for the key and secret credentials?

Also make sure you are using a valid meeting number with no dashes.
