Long description counter inflates the number

Description
I tried to update an existing OAuth app and found that your character counter reported incorrect number.

Error?
It won’t let me to save because it thinks my description exceeds 2000 characters.

How To Reproduce

  1. Create an OAuth app
  2. Enter “Live” in the long description and check the number the counter reports. It shows 11 to me.

No, I have submit the app after I removed some content.
