Low network issue

Hi

I’m currently using the iOS Video ZoomVideoSDK (version 1.10.5) within our iOS application. During our testing phase, we observed a scenario where a video call involved three participants, with one participant experiencing low internet connectivity (approximately 2MBPS), while the other two users had robust internet connections.

The user with limited internet access encountered challenges with both video and audio streaming. Additionally, when this user attempted to share their screen, the shared video exhibited significant delays for the other participants.

We’re exploring potential solutions within the ZoomVideoSDK to prioritize audio streaming over video in situations where internet connectivity is compromised. Our goal is to ensure that, even under adverse network conditions, audio communication remains clear and uninterrupted.

If you have any insights or alternative approaches to enhance audio/video quality under low internet conditions, we’re open to suggestions. Your input will be instrumental in refining this feature within our application.

Thanks for the response but can you provide us with some sample code to understand and implement this in our app? We tried implementing it but all in vain. You response will be very helpful.
