LTI APP Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again

I’m trying to connect our LMS (Cypher LEARNING) using the ZoomUS LTI. I’ve installed both the LTI and LTI pro, but the pro version does not appear to work. When attempting to get the keys from the basic LTI app I just get an error message saying “

Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again.”

I’ve tried a different browser and also changed the security settings for the browser. Then I tried logging in again and removing and reinstalling the app but I still get the same.

Does anyone know why i’m getting this error?
