Teachers (user created by LTI automaticaly) enter properly in a generated meeting but they cannot see the external TOOL, and error 1001 USER DOES NOT EXIST appears
STUDENTS works perfect. they see the external tool and enter the meetings
Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Please make sure that you meeting the prerequisites for that app are met including a Business Plan or higher as well as Admin privileges for your user.
