Are you able to share how these alerts are generated? For example, how do you determine/detect that a meeting had unstable video? Is this based on the QoS metrics Zoom logs (the Dashboards API linked by @tommy above)? If yes, does this rely on simple thresholds, or a more sophisticated algorithm? I’m asking since we’re interested in getting meeting alerts without a webhook.
