Yesterday I had an important interview recorded from a meeting that I was the creator and host of on a desktop logged into my account. The computer shut down in the middle of the recording, and the participant stayed in the meeting, and I re-joined on another computer and re started the recording. After the interview, no recording was converted, and no “double_click_to_convert” file was created. I am desperately trying to recover the recording and have exhausted as many troubleshooting options as I can find. I called zoom support but my account cannot receive live phone assistance. I need to know how to recover this file!!!
