MobileRTCMeetingService.isSendingMyVideo does not work in a breakout room

Which Mobile Client SDK version?
5.5.12511.0421

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. user A creates a breakout room
2. user B turns on video
3. user B joins a breakout room

Actual results:
On User B’s device the call to MobileRTCMeetingService.isSendingMyVideo always return false

Expected results
On User B’s device the call to MobileRTCMeetingService.isSendingMyVideo returns true of the video is turned on

• iOS 14.5, 14.6
