My app's Publish page shows the warning "You have made some configuration changes. Please regenerate the Authorization URL now" and the Submit button remains disabled.

I have already:

  1. Verified and corrected the OAuth Redirect URL
    (https://apps.itl.co.tz/smartpayapi/wfCRMCallback.aspx) — confirmed
    working, receiving authorization code successfully.
  2. Regenerated the Authorization URL multiple times from the Beta
    Test/Share app page.
  3. Regenerated the Secret Token from the Access page.
  4. Verified all sidebar sections (Basic Information, Features, Custom
    Form, Scopes, Actions and Triggers, App Listing, Technical Design)
    show as complete.

Despite all this, the warning persists and Submit stays disabled.
Please advise what configuration is still pending, or resolve this
from your end.
