My Marketplace App stopped working with all Zoom accounts other than mine (the application owner)

I have an approved Zoom Marketplace app named “ITVS Player” which has been functioning without issue for over a year. Today on July 1, it stopped working for all Zoom accounts except my own and I am the app owner and developer.

Does my app need re-approval in the Marketplace? When I look at it ( App Marketplace ) it appears to be updated and active.

I had problems in October 2024 with cross-site join policy and it seems like this is back.

This turned out to be an anonymous join problem because I was not using OAuth and OBF token exchange.
