Pending app can not authorize on the market place

We’re preparing the app submission for review but we found a bug on the Zoom marketplace page. The authentication already leaves our app so we don’t have control. I tried with the account that owns the app, and it works. But when I tried with a new Zoom account, I got the same error as you. But this error happens on the Zoom marketplace so we don’t know how to debug it.
