Hey @heidi.zh.n Correct. Your Webhook will only be sent if the action happens on your Zoom account. Regarding the 0 for the duration, this is intended functionality for instant meetings. The duration in the meeting ended event is the scheduled duration for this meeting. The actual meeting duration time needs to be calculated by the meeting end time and the meeting start time.
