No Granular scope/permissions in the app even after migration/conversion

Zoom Apps Configuration
We have a “Legacy app, account-level” which is being used by a number of clients. Upon seeing an option to “Start conversion”, we converted this app to “General app, account-level”. Upon completing the conversion, we’re still not seeing granular permissions/scope nor we’re seeing an option to mark the permissions as optional.

Please help.

Hello, Any update on this?

Haven’t heard anything on this. We’re blocked.

Please make sure that you are checking as the account admin or that you have assigned permissions to access scopes.

Let me know if that helps. If not, I can reach out to a SME to see if this is a known issue with conversion.

Hi Max, @MaxM
Thanks for the update.
Yes, this the owner of the account and therefore has full access.
Seems like that is not an issue.

Is the migration/conversion not succeeded properly?
After conversion, I see a different ID in some places.
Below are the 2 app IDs I can see (but they are associated with the same app, one is public, one is not):

  1. ****OPjw (App Marketplace)
  2. ****i8sA (App Marketplace)
