We have experienced a similar issue reported here. The user email is added in the panelist section for the Webinar but when the user joins via the panelist email they only see the attendee view of the Webinar. Is it possible that the user joining via the panelist email could see the view for panelist?

This is a known bug unfortunately. I’m still waiting on an answer. The only workaround seems to be that panelists would join from a native app, or the host promotes the user to a panelist during a meeting.
