Webinar rejoin not working after updating the user to panelist

Hi Team,

Currently my sdk version is 2.4.5 (upgraded to latest version recently) and facing same issue as mentioned in the ticket Webinar rejoin not working after updating user to panellist

Webinar rejoin not working after updating user to panellist.

  1. User joined as attendee or participant.
  2. Host update user as panellist.
  3. User leaves meeting using leave webinar button at bottom right.
  4. User rejoining as attendee and another screen appears (Screenshot attached) displaying message “Copy the join link from email and paste it below”

Here initially user has joined webinar using email id and passcode. Please let us know how panelist can rejoin webinar as joined initially.

I am unable to send email to developersupport.zoom.us as getting below response

"Thank you for reaching out to Zoom Developer Relations.

This email address is no longer used by our Developer Relations team."

The webinarID in which am facing the issue is [REDACTED].
