Not able to join meeting from web browser

We are not able to join meeting from web browser as attendees.


Timeout issue. Please find the attached.

Which Web Client SDK version?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login to our portal
  2. Join meeting


Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Web browser

Additional context
It has started working after 25 mins (this error was coming between 5:10 PM IST to 5:25 PM IST)

We are seeing this issue again now at 6:50 PM IST.

There is no change deployed recently. I had attached screen shot of error in original message. It was coming for all attendees at particular time, which was mentioned above.

Thanks for the update. While I’m seeing an error dialog, I don’t see any errors from the browser console which could help to deduce the issue. Please see this guide on how you can view the browser console errors:

Please also make sure that you are loading language files to ensure that full error messages are shown in the dialog that you saw:
