Not able to viewing Shared Screen

Description
A person shared their screen directly from Google drive using a mac computer. I was not able to see their shared screen, however, another person in the meeting was able to see the slides. My screen was black and it stated “____has started to share their screen.”
What would be the reasons why I could not see the persons’ slides?
Earlier in the day I attended another Zoom meeting and had no problems in viewing their shared screen.

I have Windows 8.1.

Is this issue relating to the regular Zoom Desktop Client? If so then you will need to get in touch with Zoom Support, since this is the developer forum and we’re unable to help with issues relating to the Zoom Desktop Client.
