Not getting meeting recording via API

Description
Some meeting recordings are not available through API. This is happening when meeting recordings are available in Account Management - Recording Management but same meeting is not available in Dashboard - Meetings - Past meetings.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run script to get meeting recordings from Zoom using API
  2. Meeting recordings are not available
